Needing to escape the winter? Looking to spend some time in Victoria or interested in travelling and living in a new city for a month or two? Swans Hotel has been in operation for over 30 years, originally built as a condo building and then converted into a hotel we offer all the comfort of home with the added amenities of a full service hotel.
Each condo space is very generous in size with 14 foot ceilings and well appointed with original art from the private collection of the original owner, Michael Williams. When Michael passed away in 2000 he left Swans to UVic and as such all proceeds from Swans go back to support Student Services at the University of Victoria.
Swans is located across from the inner harbour in downtown Victoria. Great restaurants, shopping and plenty of walking paths surround Swans. We also provide weekly cleaning of your suite through our housekeeping services along with a 24 hour front desk that can help with any questions you have during your stay.
Swans is rich in history, being the third oldest brewpub in BC, with a newly renovated pub and brewery onsite you don’t have to go far to sample some of the great food and beverage that Victoria has to offer. If you prefer to stay in we also have a full service liquor store on site and can help you with any shopping needs that you have.
If you were previously spending your winters south of the border we think that you will equally enjoy what Victoria has to offer. With no exchange rate to worry about or international travel insurance living at Swans offers you the travel adventure of a new city without a lot of the hassle.
