Overlooking Victoria’s spectacular Inner Harbour, our exceptional Penthouse offers downtown luxury with the privacy and intimacy of your own home. Appointed throughout with tasteful antique and contemporary furnishings with an eclectic display of stunning original artwork adorning every wall, an atmosphere of heritage charm and distinctive elegance is yours to enjoy.
With over 3000 square feet spanned over three levels, original artwork and antiques are displayed throughout every area of the Penthouse, including a Roy Henry Vickers Totem Pole on the main level. The Penthouse has six Juliet balconies on the main level, a state of the art kitchen with everything you would expect including an antique butchers block. Also featuring a separate elegant dining room, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, loft-style bedroom with a one of a kind leather armchair sleigh bed, a private dressing room with a private washroom adjacent to the bedroom featuring a soaker tub with overhead skylight, and a luxurious glass shower for two. Swans Penthouse is a step well above the rest!
The spacious rooftop terrace of the Penthouse includes a comfortable and spacious seating area, with spectacular views of Victoria’s downtown & Inner Harbor, surrounding mountains, Sooke Hills and so much more. Relax, enjoy the views and watch the world go by.

Collard Room
The Collard Room offers the perfect venue for your meeting, conference, networking mixer, cocktail party or private gathering. The Collard Room is centrally located on the main floor between the BrewPub and Wild Saffron Bistro. We can accommodate up to 35 people in this space.
Wild Saffron Bistro
Perfect for smaller receptions and parties for up to 60 guests, Swans’ Wild Saffron Bistro is available to rent. The Bistro features an upper mezzanine level with restaurant seating and an open-concept kitchen. Choose from one of our catering menus or inquire about a custom menu for your next event.
Marquee Room
The Marquee Room is a customizable space located under the main level of the hotel. We can offer 4,000 square feet of customizable space, accommodating up to 200 guests. As a licensed nightclub, the Marquee Room is equipped with professional sound and lighting systems including a professional DJ booth. Guests are encouraged to make use of our expansive dance floor, large screen TVs and pool table. And just like our other spaces, catering will be offered exclusively by Swans.
