Last month we hosted a Brewmaster's Dinner in the Wild Saffron Bistro. It was a fabulous success and Eat Magazine's Editor, Gary Hynes, who attended the sold out event was kind enough to write a review on the evening.

Brrr its getting cold outside! Well the count down is on till Christmas and there's a lot going on in Victoria this holiday season including ice skating just up Pandora in Centennial Square.
Our holiday beer will be available on tap Dec. 23 in the Brewpub. We have Christmas Dinner on December 25th in the Bistro and Collard Room and Christmas morning brunch in the Brewpub.
We have a couple of New Year's Eve events as well: dinner and a night of dancing. Our 4-course New Year's Dinner will be held in the Bistro and Collard Room - view menu.
Swans Nightclub will be open on New Year's Eve with one of our most popular live bands, Freefall. There will be a limited number of tickets available for sale at the front desk ($20 - guaranteed entry before 10pm), and for everyone else...you'll have to get there early (but there won't be a cover charge).
There are 5 weeks till Christmas and we're all decked out here at Swans. The lights, the boughs, the ornaments...
Our holiday beer is coming out soon so stay tuned for details. We're also serving an amazing 4-course Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day in the Bistro for those of you who would rather leave the cooking up to us. View the menu HERE.

We have an exciting event coming up on Thursday November 24th - Swans' Brewmaster's Dinner! We're offering a seasonal 6-course menu, each course carefully paired with a 1/2 pint of Swans beer. It will also be an opportunity to try our new Double Shot Porter, which we've created using Caffe Fantastico's Sumatra Maldheling espresso. Our Brewmaster Andrew Tessier will be at the dinner and will happily take any questions or comments you may have. Tickets to the event are $39 per person - HST and gratuities are to be paid when purchasing the tickets.
Doors open at 6:15pm. Dinner at 6:30pm.

We have decorated both the Brewpub and the Nightclub for this weekend's festivities - remember, our live bands are down in the nightclub Friday and Saturday nights now to accommodate our late night dancing.

Starting Monday October 17th, we are introducing AMAZING weekly food specials in our Brewpub. They are available Sunday through Thursday from 2pm - 5pm.
Change is not our favourite. But if change means a new website...then yes, change is very very welcome!
Our new site was carefully designed with all of you in mind. We wanted to make it easier for you to view our suites, find packages, make reservations, and access a page dedicated to Swans Brewpub (with a new Pub menu in the works). It is exactly what we needed and we couldn't be more excited.
